Products & Vintage Items

Many of our products are vintage, pre-owned, one-of-a-kind, or previously loved. Normal signs of age and use may be present and are part of the nature of vintage goods.

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, measurements, and condition information. Colors may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings. Please review the entire listing before purchasing.

Orders & Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to pricing errors, inventory errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the transaction.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be canceled.

Returns & Order Issues

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, color preference, or other buyer-preference reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or there is another issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, an item may not be available again once sold.
