Delivery

Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has shipped.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

For items damaged during shipping, please keep the item and all original packaging and take photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping box. These may be needed to resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.

Vintage & One-of-a-Kind Items

Many Valerian & Velvet pieces are vintage or one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced with an identical item if a package is lost or damaged. We take extra care when packaging fragile and vintage pieces for shipment.
